Our COVID-19 Guidelines

Our Sunday morning service guidelines have been updated to create a safe & sanitary environment that will allow for physical distancing

As mandated by our local & provincial authorities, we will be limiting our attendance to 15% of our fire code building capacity

We will be offering our Sunday morning service at 10:45am.

To best monitor how many people are entering our building, you will be asked to register before the service when you arrive on Sunday morning. There is a place to register as you enter the building through the front door.

Why do I need to sign up?

Guidelines set by the provincial government limit attendance. Signing up allows us to limit the number of people attending the service to ensure that we stay within our capacity limit. This will also help us with contact tracing in case someone test positive for COVID 19.

When should I arrive at church?

Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before the service and avoid lingering in the building after the service. We are glad that people want to connect after the service, however we encourage visiting to be done outside.

Will I receive a wellness check as I arrive?

No. however if you or anyone else in your family has any symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, we encourage you to please stay home.

Do I need to wear a face-covering?

Guests are required to wear face coverings because of provincial and municipal regulations. When you arrive in our building, please have a mask on. If you have forgotten yours at home, you can request a free mask from any of our host team members. We are committed to doing our best to provide an exceptional on-site experience. Mask are important to wear, especially when we are not able to physically distance with those around us.

What type of social distancing can I expect?

The sanctuary seating will be rearranged to ensure social distancing. Families in the same household are encouraged to sit together. Our ushers will be able to assist with seating as needed.

What type of sanitization can I expect?

Before the service, door handles, high-touch surfaces and restrooms are cleaned. A hand sanitizing station is available by the front door and we strongly encourage you to use it.

What about my kids??

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer kids programs on Sunday mornings at this time. We encourage you to sit as a family and come to the service, we are doing what we can to engage the kids during the service as we all learn and grow together.
